KICKING-ASS (inking+flat colors)
Continuing my last post, here are the finalized pages of my own ‘dream sequence’ with all the main characters in Mark Millar’s and John Romita Jr.’s comic hit KICK ASS: Kick-Ass himself, Hit-Girl, Big Daddy and Red Mist.
In my story, Kick-Ass is thinking how over his head this whole becoming a super-hero has become. He remembers the old adage ‘biting more than you can chew’ and sees himself as an ant at a picnic overwhelmed by an abandoned sandwich. And while the ants eventually rip the sandwich clean, he could hardly do the same… even if he had a real gun.
Hope you enjoy,

KICKING-ASS (sketches)
I’ve been following Mark Millar’s and John Romita Jr.’s comic hit KICK-ASS since the very beginning. The comic has it all: great story, fantastic illustrations, superb colors and great lettering.
By now I guess you’ve realized I’m a FAN. A HUGE fan of this book!
And that’s why I decided to try out my talents on those wonderful characters on a 3 page long 'dream sequence'…
